NF - MOTTO ''Lyrics Review''

Staying True to Yourself

The song "Motto" by NF is all about being true to who you are and not changing just to become famous or popular. NF believes in staying authentic and not compromising his art for anyone else. He criticizes the music industry for valuing looks and appearance more than the quality of the music. He also talks about how artists like him, who don't follow the usual path, are often ignored or pushed aside.

Building a Career from Scratch

NF is proud of his own career and how he started from his bedroom and made it to the big leagues. He didn't need any nominations or awards to prove his worth. He believes in the motto "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," meaning that he doesn't need to change anything about his approach because it works for him and his fans.

The Creators Behind the Song

NF wrote and produced the song "Motto" himself, along with Tommee Profitt. Tommee Profitt is a frequent collaborator of NF and has worked with him on many albums and songs. They make a great team!

Some tips on how to produce a song like that are:

  • Use a dark and cinematic instrumental that creates a contrast between the verses and the chorus. You can find some NF type beats on YouTube.
  • Write lyrics that reflect your personal experiences, struggles, and opinions, and use metaphors, wordplay, and rhyme schemes to make them more interesting and impactful. You can also use humor and sarcasm to mock your critics or the industry standards.

  • Deliver your vocals with passion and emotion, and vary your tone, pitch, and speed depending on the mood of the song. You can also use some vocal effects, such as reverb, delay, or distortion, to enhance your sound and create a more dynamic mix.
  • Mix and master your song to make sure it sounds balanced, clear, and professional. You can use some tools, such as EQ, compression, or limiting, to adjust the levels, frequencies, and dynamics of your tracks. You can also watch some tutorials on how to record vocals like a pro from your home studio.

YouTube has announced that they have changed their requirements for monetization

Photo by cottonbro studio YouTube has announced that they have changed their requirements for monetization. The new requirements are that 500 subscribers, three public uploads in the last 90 days, and either 3,000 watch hours, three million YouTube short views, or a combination of both is needed for monetization. This change was made to make it easier for smaller channels to monetize. However, this does not mean that all monetization is being unlocked. Only some monetization is being allowed at this point. Super chats, channel memberships, super thanks, super stickers, and the ability to promote your own products with YouTube shopping are the current options for monetization. Ad revenue sharing is still not being unlocked until channels reach the previous requirements. This change is only rolling out to limited countries in the world. Some advantages that smaller starting-off YouTube channels have are small channel appeal and the ability to create a tribe of early supporters. Sma...
