NOIZE 2 by Denise Audio

NOIZE 2 is a noise generator created by Denise Audio. You might be wondering, what's the big deal about noise? Well, noise is like a secret weapon that professional producers use to make their tracks sound amazing. It can make digital samples and synths sound more natural, add power to bass synths, and give drums and beats more character and sustain.

What is Noize?

Denise Audio held a plugin contest, and a producer named Jamie Boyle from Sweden won with his idea. Based on that idea, Denise Audio created the Noize plugin, which took noise generation to the next level. It was a huge success, and now, almost a year later, they are introducing Noize 2.0.

What is Noize 2?

Noize 2.0 is even better than the original. It has three new noise types and the option to load and edit your own noise profiles. This is something that the community has been asking for, and Denise Audio listened. They tested the plugin and found out that it's even more creative and versatile than they expected. For example, using a reversed vocal sample on drums and synths can have a surprisingly great effect.

Features

  • 8 Built-in Noise Types – Choose from eight different types of noise and apply filters.
  • Load & Edit Your Own Samples – You can use your own sounds and apply filters and pitch control.
  • Real-time Adaptive – The noise adapts to the volume of your track in real-time.
  • Solo Mode – You can isolate the noise signal and apply additional effects.
  • Easy to Tweak – You can adjust the behavior of the noise by tweaking the rise and fall time.
  • Fully resizable interface.

How do you use Noize 2?

There are so many ways to use Noize 2.0 to enhance your tracks. If you're working on your computer, you can use it to add power to bass lines, give a vintage feel to synths and percussion, and manipulate the attack and sustain of any element in your mix. If you're working with studio recordings, you can use Noize 2.0 to add depth to drums, enhance the presence of guitars and vocals, and create a warm tone from scratch.

Using Noize 2.0 is super easy. Just load it onto a track and mix in your favorite kind of noise with the adaptive mode turned on. You can then use the rise, fall, HPF, LPF, and stereo features to tweak the behavior and flavor of the noise. You can also use custom samples and combine Noize 2.0 with other effects like bit crushing, flanging, tap-delay, and reverb to get even more creative. Noize 2.0 even has a solo option that mutes the original sound so you can add any effects you want to the noise signal.

So, when should you NOT use noise? That's the real question!

YouTube has announced that they have changed their requirements for monetization

Photo by cottonbro studio YouTube has announced that they have changed their requirements for monetization. The new requirements are that 500 subscribers, three public uploads in the last 90 days, and either 3,000 watch hours, three million YouTube short views, or a combination of both is needed for monetization. This change was made to make it easier for smaller channels to monetize. However, this does not mean that all monetization is being unlocked. Only some monetization is being allowed at this point. Super chats, channel memberships, super thanks, super stickers, and the ability to promote your own products with YouTube shopping are the current options for monetization. Ad revenue sharing is still not being unlocked until channels reach the previous requirements. This change is only rolling out to limited countries in the world. Some advantages that smaller starting-off YouTube channels have are small channel appeal and the ability to create a tribe of early supporters. Sma...
